How Does A No Battery Flashlight Work?

A no battery flashlight is the perfect solution if you need to replace that old flashlight. Not using batteries means never having to scrabble about to replace them, or never being stuck in the dark when they expire! No battery flashlights also make the perfect solution for leaving in the cupboard or the glove box. Not leaving batteries inside means they'll never leak into the little-used flashlight and destroy it.

You can guarantee power when you need itand guarantee that you will never lose your source of light completely. No battery flashlights work by being charged manually. One type of no battery flashlight is the shaking flashlight. From a few seconds to little more than a minute of shaking up and down is all it needs to be fully charged.

Another variety is the squeezing flashlight simply squeeze it a few times to charge the generator inside. Less impressive, but cheapest and just as effective are the wind up type with a small foldaway handle to crank it up. They may ultimately provide the most value.

Many of these flashlights incorporate LED bulbs. These are more reliable than an ordinary bulb because they are much more durable, require much less power to operate and last much longer estimated lifespan of an LED bulb being as long as 10,000 hours.

No battery flashlights are ideal for any flashlight situation. It doesn't matter how many hours of continuous use you need since it can be recharged at any time with no need to be near mains power or a packet of spare batteries ideal for a camping trip.

Your local hardware or camping supplies store might stock no battery flashlights; if not, there are many online retailers to choose from, some even specializing in the no battery flashlight.
